Orders & Shipping
We prepare most orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are standard: a flat shipping charge applies to orders below CAD250, and orders at or above that amount ship for free to eligible regions. We ship to Canada (excluding Nunavut), the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and the United Kingdom. Shipping transit times typically range from 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. If your order includes pre-order items, in-stock items may ship separately from pre-order items; you will be informed about split shipments at checkout.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for items returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise specified. Refunds for returned merchandise are processed back to the original payment method; please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear after we process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can advise the next steps and make it right.
