Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. If an item is listed as a pre-order the product page will show its expected ship date; orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split so available items ship first.

We ship to Canada (excluding Nunavut), the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and the United Kingdom. Typical delivery windows are 3–7 business days for Canadian destinations and 5–10 business days for the United States, depending on the shipping option selected and local carrier performance.
Shipping Rates & Duties
We apply a flat shipping fee for orders under CAD250. Orders at or above CAD250 ship for free to eligible regions. All import duties and fees that arise when bringing goods into Canada and other serviced regions are handled by us at origin so you should not be charged duties on delivery in those regions.
