Product descriptions, availability and pricing are provided in good faith and may change; we reserve the right to update information and to refuse or cancel orders in certain situations. Some items are offered on pre-order; if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may split shipment so you receive available items first.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees and delivery regions are outlined at checkout. Estimated transit times are subject to carrier schedules and regional service levels; for Canadian deliveries allow approximately 3–7 business days, and for U.S. deliveries allow approximately 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we process the returned items; please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, fablecanada Store is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability for any claim related to products purchased from the site is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
